In May of last year, a horse bucked me off and my life stopped mid-stride. Months of surgery and stillness followed, and in that stillness I learned something nobody tells you: stress becomes a physical cage. I knew exactly what would calm me. I just couldn't reach it.
So I lay there and wished for something I could simply wear — something that would know I was hurting and meet me there, before I had to ask.
That's where Sōl began. We're not building another device that tracks your stress and hands you a chart. We're building a sanctuary you can wear.
